Ethical Commitments
Our commitment to social responsibility is reflected in our company's Ethics Charter and Code of Conduct. This code promotes the fight against corruption in all its forms and against influence peddling, but also fair competition, compliance with economic sanctions, diversity and environmental protection.
Compliance System
We implement a program based on: An anti-corruption risk mapping and a Compliance Reporting, Awareness and training of their employees, Due diligence of the Third Parties who must comply with the Code of Conduct, and Whistleblowing system which allows to report any situation that constitutes or could constitute a breach of the Glosm Group’s Code of Conduct.
Sustainable Purchasing & Supplier Relations
We are committed to a responsible purchasing approach across destinations which we operate in, working only with suppliers, subcontractors and agents sharing the same values as those in the company’s code of conduct.
- A due diligence procedure carried out annually to assess compliance (ethics, human rights, CSR commitment) and to strengthen measures pertaining to the anti-corruption law and the duty of care.
- Checks on the reputation of commercial partners, their political exposure (PEP) and their absence from sanction lists (UN/OFAC, etc.).
- A commitment to comply with the benchmark documents for business ethics, particularly the code of conduct.
- A commitment to comply with all provisions in the Responsible Purchasing charter.
- Compulsory self-qualification on the Glosm Group platform for Road transport providers via a questionnaire comprising various sections, such as ethics, sustainable development and QHSE, and the submission of documents.
